Client Testimonials

Rick Miller

President & CEO, Bullard

“Rick Packer is an effective teacher and coach. We hired Rick to facilitate team building efforts that our Company initiated last year, based on the work of Patrick Lencioni. Rick was engaged and engaging in facilitating a two day seminar with our senior management team. He has clearly mastered the concepts, but nothing about his communications to our group was rote. Rick thinks well on his feet and adapts his presentation of concepts to the situational context of his clients. Rick’s commitment to his clients does not end at the conclusion of his contracted assignment. He provides ongoing follow-up with a sincere interest in his clients’ progress toward the goals they set during the time he spent with them.”

Leslie Torpy

Director Organizational Development, ZC Sterling

“I have worked with Rick on several projects with my past two companies. Rick is usually the first person I reach out to when I have a high profile project that I need to make sure is successful. My leaders have all been extremely energized and enlightened after having spent time working with Rick. I highly recommend the Packer Group.”

Michel Guidi

European Managing Director, Survey Sampling

“I have had the chance to work with Rick in four different occasions, to make a team more efficient and cohesive by using Myers Briggs, the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team model, and also Rick’s own Maestria and experience. Every time, Rick’s contribution was very appreciated, not only by me but also by the people attending the sessions. Rick is very smart, and “sees through” team dynamics very well. I recommend working with Rick to everyone: those who have a “broken team” to fix, but also those who have a well functioning team they want to take to the next level.”

Amy Maxwell

RN, Scios, Inc.

“Our goal was to initiate dialogue with our management team. Rick’s ability to make the content relevant to our challenges was exceptional. His conversational style was perfect. It was obvious that he was really prepared.”

Vern L. Toland

“Rick is a perfect choice to facilitate your next executive meeting or retreat. His smart and thought provoking delivery of powerful concepts kept our team engaged throughout. Best of all Rick delivers where it matters most in business—The Bottom Line. I wouldn’t even think about doing business without him!”
