
Rick Packer
Principal Consultant
Rick worked for CompuServe & UUNET during the exciting build up and rapid growth of the internet. He led teams in the largest Fortune 500 corporate merger in U.S. history at WorldCom and MCI, and provided solid leadership through a challenging time at WorldCom. These experiences equipped Rick for a strategic role to help others grow their organizations.
Rick holds an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, an MBA from the University of Dayton, and executive education credentials from Stanford, College of Business.
He and his wife Kristy live in Atlanta, Georgia along with their three daughters Elizabeth, Olivia, and Lily where they are actively involved at NorthPoint Community Church. Rick is an avid reader, enjoys coaching his daughter’s sports teams, providing career coaching for college students, and anything related to Ohio State football.

Rick has been with The Table Group since the inception of the Consulting program. His clients are CEO’s and executive teams comprised of talented individuals with strong personalities. Most weeks Rick is with a client in a different location, from a different industry, all struggling with the same ailment – team dysfunction and a lack of clarity. Rick’s clients love his flexible approach in tackling the most relevant issues and assuring all team members are accountable to their commitments.
